Fairview South Celebrates Grand Reopening After Renovation
The event showcased the facility’s updated spaces and featured an energetic performance from the Brookfield Central marching band. The celebration followed a summer-long, $3.5 million renovation - the school's first major update since reopening as a consortium in 1984 - brought to life by CG Schmidt Construction and Allume Architects following Board approval in 2024.

Board Approves Fairview South Renovation
At the Board of Education meeting on August 13, the Board approved the Administration’s recommendation to renovate a portion of Fairview South School in support of the Waukesha County Special Education Cooperative program. This renovation will begin in June 2025, and will be completed before September 1, 2025, in time to begin the 2025-26 school year.
